Deposit

  • $20 non refundable deposit is required and will go toward your final payment.

  • Deposit must be sent through cash app within 90 min. of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Your appointment will be canceled within 91 min if no deposit is received.

Late

  • 10 minute grace period, after 11 min you will be charged a late fee of $10

  • After the 20 minute mark, the appointment will be canceled

  • No call no shows will be banned from booking

Rescheduling/Cancellations

  • You can reschedule once within 24-48 hours prior to your appointment and keep your deposit.

  • After rescheduling the first time, a new deposit is required.

  • If you cancel in less than 24 hours, your deposit is forfeited

Online Ordering

  • You have 24hrs to cancel your order.

  • Once your order is in process, you cannot cancel the order.

  • If a charm falls off your product, you can send it back to me and I will fix it free of charge. (unless suspected of repeated/unusual damage to item, in that case you will be charged)
