Guests

  • Strictly No guests Allowed!

Deposit

  • A 25% deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is non refundable and the remaining balance is due on the day of service.

Service Guarantee

  • strictly no-refunds on completed services

  • free fixes on any chipping/lifting and or replace broken charms within the first 7 days of service

Fills & Removals

  • I don’t perform any refills or removals on foreign sets

  • Fill discount will be voided if a rebalance is required due to too much new growth.

Late

  • 10 minute grace period, after 11 min you will be charged a late fee of $10

  • After the 20 minute mark, the appointment will be canceled

  • No call no shows will be banned from booking on the first occurrence at the end of the business day. (Please just reach out to me and cancel)

Rescheduling/Cancellations

  • You can reschedule once within 24-48 hours prior to your appointment and keep your deposit.

  • After rescheduling the first time, a new deposit is required.

  • If you cancel in less than 24 hours, your deposit is forfeited

Online Ordering

  • You have 24hrs to cancel your order.

  • Once your order is in process, you cannot cancel the order.

  • If a charm falls off your product, you can send it back to me and I will fix it free of charge. (unless suspected of repeated/unusual damage to item, in that case you will be charged)

!!!Violation of ANY policies will result in being banned from booking, NO EXEPTIONS!!!
